We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on all jewellery items.

Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

• Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.

• The product will be inspected once received.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after product inspection.

• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Delivery charges (PKR 200) are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
